Privacy Policy
Effective September 1, 2026
Survivor Caddy is an iOS app made by 3 Paws AI. This policy covers the app and this website. It is short because there is not much to say: the app has no accounts, collects no personal information, and keeps what you enter on your device.
The short version
- No accounts, no sign-up, no login.
- Your pools, entries, picks, and settings are stored on your device, not on our servers.
- We collect no personal information about you.
- No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no third-party sharing.
- We never sell data. There is nothing to sell.
What the app stores
Everything you create in Survivor Caddy lives in a database on your iPhone: your pools, entries, picks, earmarked future picks, rule settings, and notification preferences. We cannot see it, and it is not sent to us or to anyone else.
Deleting the app removes that data from your device. If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, your backup may include the app's data; that copy is controlled by you and by Apple under Apple's terms, not by us.
What the app fetches
The app downloads shared public NFL data (schedules, kickoff times, scores, betting odds, and team ratings) from our backend, which runs on Google's Cloud Firestore. Every copy of the app requests the same public documents. There is no account attached to those requests and nothing about you or your picks is included in them.
Like any internet request, these reads necessarily reveal network-level basics such as an IP address to the infrastructure serving them. We do not log, retain, or analyze that information, and we do not build profiles or identify individual users from it.
Notifications
Deadline reminders and result alerts are generated on your device by iOS, from data already on your device. We do not operate a push service for user messaging and cannot send you a message. You can turn notifications off at any time in the app or in iOS Settings.
What we don't do
The app contains no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no advertising SDK, and no third-party trackers. We do not use cookies in the app, do not fingerprint devices, and do not share, sell, or rent data to anyone. Survivor Caddy also does not host pools, take wagers, or handle money of any kind.
This website
If you join the launch waitlist, we store the email address you submit plus coarse attribution: which form you used, the page you submitted it from, the site that referred you or a campaign tag, and the time. We do not store IP addresses, user agents, or full URLs, and the site sets no tracking cookies. A single value naming your arrival channel is kept in your browser's session storage and is discarded when you close the tab.
That email is used for one thing: telling you when the app launches. We don't sell or share the list. To have your address deleted, email [email protected] from that address and we'll remove it.
Children
Survivor Caddy displays betting odds and is rated for adults. It is not directed at children, and since we collect no personal information, we collect none from children either.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above and post the new version here before the change takes effect in the app.
